Mechanical Diamond Grinding

Penetrating Primer Coat

Self-Leveling Slurry Broadcast

Chemical-Resistant Topseal

Diamond grind concrete substrates to achieve a CSP 2 to 3 profile. Vacuum all residual particulate to expose open capillary pores for deep primer penetration.

Apply two-component low-viscosity epoxy primer at 8 mils wet film thickness. Allow deep matrix saturation to consolidate loose friable concrete and seal out vapor.

Sweep excess aggregate after initial cure and squeegee high-solids clear polyaspartic topcoat. Creates an impermeable, non-porous hydrophobic barrier with high tensile adhesion.

Pour the self-leveling matrix and immediately broadcast colored quartz aggregate to saturation. Maintain uniform distribution across wet borders to prevent seam formation.

Cure Thresholds

Environmental Windows

Ambient temperatures must remain between 10°C and 30°C with substrate moisture content below 4 percent measured by calcium chloride testing. Exceeding 85 percent relative humidity risks amine blushing and surface tackiness.

Working pot life decreases by half for every 10°C rise in atmospheric temperature. Mix exclusively in verified 4:1 ratios with low-speed mechanical agitation to prevent trapped micro-bubbles.
